Hello everyone,
Today, we’re happy to announce that the ShootMania Elite “Guest Access” is now available!
Welcome to the new Elite.
Let’s begin with talking about the changes to the Elite mode and station, including the many improvements we have made to the game system.
In our first notable change, the Elite station has been completely redesigned, and now displays various information when you have the station selected alongside an updated UI:
-
Display your Echelon
-
Display your ranking based on location
-
Display your main team (including team icon and the player’s avatars)
-
Display your progression over the last few days
-
Quick access to the lobbys
As noted above, the Echelon system has been implemented into ShootMania. It’s a revamp of the Ladder Point system in an effort to make it a more comprehensive and understandable system.
The Echelon system works in this way:
-
There are 10 Echelons, ranging from 0 to 9.
-
The Echelons are divided into Divisions: Bronze I, II and III, Silver I, II and III and Gold I, II and III.
-
To progress in the Echelons, you must earn Ladder Points. The Ladder Points are calculated in relation to your individual progression and the results of your match.
It’s a start and more features will come with time!
It’s time to invite everyone!
Starting with your Elite team. As a ShootMania player, you can now invite your friends, relatives, acquaintances or your cat (don’t underestimate them) to team up with you in Elite for fun or competitive play!
In the Elite station, you’ll find a new “Invite Player” button, where you can invite anyone to come play ShootMania Elite. Creating a Guest Key is free, which you can then send to your friend to give them limited access to the game. Your guest is limited to three matches per day. The key will be also sent to you by email when you create it, so be sure to have the correct email address registered on your profile!
If you want to be able to play with them as much as you want, send them a super-invitation instead. It’ll cost you 5,000 Planets that are once given back to you when they buy the game.
Let’s finish with a table detailing the differences between the types of users:
Hopefully this table will answer all of your questions. If not, do not hesitate to ask on the forum!
For more information about Elite Guest Access, you can read the FAQ about it.
Now go have fun now with your friends on Elite, and maybe that one day, you’ll be famous (in a good and/or unorthodox way :D)!
Good Luck. 😉
